Amenities
Most co-op units at Scarborough Manor have large terraces with either river or woodland views. All units have large closets and central air conditioning and heating. There is an in-house phone system and washer/dryer units on each floor.
Outdoor Heated Pool
Open from shortly after Memorial Day until after Labor Day, the pool has lovely views of the Hudson River which can be enjoyed either while swimming or when relaxing by the pool.
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is the center of many events at Scarborough Manor and can be rented by residents who would like to host their own events. Upstairs, you will find comfortable sofas, games tables and a fireplace, as well as a piano, a library and kitchen. Downstairs, you will find a fitness room, showers and a sauna, as well as rooms where you can play billiards or table tennis.
Fitness Room
In the fitness room, you will find treadmills, exercise bikes, and weight machines so you can stay close to home when you work out.
Billiards Room
In this cozy space, you (and your friends) can have an evening of billiards.
Table Tennis

Sauna
The saunas are located in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms and offer a welcome chance to unwind either after a workout or any other time.
Staffed Gatehouse
At the entrance to Scarborough Manor is a gatehouse manned 24/7 by an attendant who, among other duties, will notify residents of guest arrivals.
Parking
Outside parking is available near each building. During the winter months, if there is a major snowstorm, snow is removed from vehicles free of charge. Indoor garages parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
Storage
While each apartment has ample storage, for those who need additional storage, residents can pay a monthly fee for storage units located in the lower levels of each building.
