Most co-op units at Scarborough Manor have large terraces with river and/or woodland views. All units have large closets and central air-conditioning and heating, personally regulated. There is an in-house phone system and washer/dryer units on each floor.

Outdoor Heated Pool
Open from shortly before Memorial Day until early October, the pool has lovely views of the Hudson River which can be enjoyed while swimming or relaxing by the pool. Chairs and umbrellas are supplied as well as noodles and access to the clubhouse for men’s and women’s bathrooms, showers and saunas.
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is the center of many events at Scarborough Manor and can be rented by residents who would like to host their own events. Upstairs, you will find comfortable sofas, games tables and a fireplace, as well as a piano, a library and full kitchen. Downstairs, you will find a fitness room, bathrooms and showers, saunas, and rooms where you can play billiards or table tennis.
Fitness Room
In the fitness room, you will find treadmills, exercise bikes, and weight machines, and a Nautilus so you can stay close to home when you work out.
Billiards Room
In this cozy space, you (and your friends) can have an evening of billiards. All of the equipment is supplied.

Table Tennis
A very popular spot for team players. Paddles are provided as well as a Foos ball table.
Sauna
The saunas are located in both the men’s and women’s’ changing rooms and offer a welcome chance to unwind after a workout or any other time.

Staffed Gatehouse
At the entrance to Scarborough Manor is a gatehouse manned 24/7 by an attendant who, among other duties, will notify residents of guest arrivals, collect and notify re delivered packages
Parking
Free, outside parking is available near each apartment building and the clubhouse. During the winter months, if there is a major snowstorm, snow is removed from vehicles free of charge. Indoor garages offer parking (if available) for an additional monthly fee included in your monthly maintenance bill.
Storage
While each apartment has ample closet space, for those who need additional storage, residents can pay a modest monthly fee for storage units located in the lower levels of each building. These rooms are humidity and temperature controlled.
