CVS is in walking distance. The store and pharmacy are open 7 days a week. Please call 914-762-1616 for hours of operation. There is also a full-service U.S. Post Office (Scarborough) located at the Scarborough train station that has morning hours Monday through Saturday.
The Ossining Public Library is a terrific community resource as is the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center which, among other amenities, has an Olympic size swimming pool, a full gym and a senior center and childrens’ center
